kind of like dimples on a golf ball ... it helps reduce turbulence, increase aerodynamics around the face area.
I really like the sound of fast rolling, knobby tires :)
I absolutely LOVE the berm smash at the end!!
There are many reasons why I like it when Matt Hunter comes out with new videos. This is a great example.
The whips at 0:48 are pretty dang sweet. Bit of a different style than Semenuk and Vanderham -type whips. Semenuk has a "box-like" super sideways whip, Vanderham has a smooth roational hip like one of those gyroscope tops whereas Tyler's whips are more like ... I dunno ... snappy, ribbony twists ... like someone pulling snaky turns on a surf board on waves.
yeah, it's so dreaammy ...
to be honest, at first i wasn't too keen on danny. just figured he was some young gun with shitty facial hair, part of the new "hip" crowd. but since then i've seen his grit and determination and through this you see the backing and support of his family. unlike the more "pruned and manicured" riders and ride teams out there, danny reps the peoples. he may be sponsored and supported there, but he didn't come loaded with the money to buy a new farm to train in ... ahem ... fly around the world to train in the best weather conditions. he rides where he is, for that he had a bigger gap to bridge in my opinion.
the point that i liked is how he said that sam came in and opened a new chapter in speed no one even knew about. all of these racers today are fast, no kidding. but they didn't bring that evolutionary leap in speed, style, talent that brought smashed into the scene as a raging bull. right now, people are racing at that new plateau that he set. evolution is bound to happen again.
Like how his dog is minding his own business, just checking out this puddle in the background during the interview. About Us
